The stolen gun bill coming our way. David Levdansky, D-Forward... complains the NRA and other activists complain when any kind of gun-registration is mentioned... it's still being determined what is the meaning of the second Amendment, is it an individual right, that will be decided by the Surpreme Court is up to interpretation... this measure just applies to 'handguns...'
Right, we believe you, just like the Patriot Act was only supposed to apply to foreign terrorists after 9/11.
What don't these lawmakers understand about the Second Amendment and all rights - unalienable - not to be separated from the individual.
