The Judge has said he has the welfare of the baby at heart. Analyst says let's just get the biological father identified, just order the DNA testing conducted on the baby. Is she safe? She needs baby shots at six-months, he says. Has she had them?
The analyst makes a reference to the videotape showing Anna Nicole Smith having her face painted to look like a clown.
Yesterday during proceedings in court, cousel (either for Vergie Arthur or Larry Birkhead) brought out the existence of a videotape showing the face-painting and the testimony of friends of Anna Nicole Smith, Ford Shelly, regarding the tape and other matters.
Judge Seidlin indicated we will see the tape.
