Judge Seidlin asks Larry Birkhead if he were the father of Danielynn and he were to make the decision where would he bury Anna Nicole seriously, Larry Birkhead is very intelligent, and appears honest as the sun is bright. He would bury Anna Nicole in California, and he knows Daniel would not want to be buried in the Bahamas. But since Daniel is there in the Bahamas...
If and when he gets the daughter that he knows and believes is his child, would he want to bring Daniel from the Bahamas, he doesn't know... he would not want to separate Anna Nicole Smith from her child Daniel.
The judge publicly says he is impressed by his testimony. Judge Seidlin says larry Birkhead put a lot of meat on this picture.
