Texas Should Re-Vote?

All the flak over Florida and Michigan delegates being shut out of the Democratic Convention in AuGust raises questions about primaries in other states. Why not have a Texas re-vote, too, as dozens upon dozens of voters who were not smart enough to plan ahead and name a 'county' Democrat or Republican chairman in sparsely populated counties were left out of the process...

Now someone is raising concerns when there was at least over a year when it was known when the Texas primaries and caucuses would occur? Wasn't there enough time for small groups of individuals to band together in these tiny locales and form a rag-tag party? Even if it consisted of 3 people?
