The Fayette County Election Board took action Wednesday to throw out 88 provisional ballots cast in the Nov. 4 general election because the voters were either not registered to vote or they were registered to vote in other Pennsylvania counties.
The board also voted to partially or completely count 66 ballots of registered county voters cast on Election Day that were either submitted by people whose names were not available at the polling book or that were submitted to the wrong voting precinct.
