Will Democrats Ignore Rush Holt EASY Bill for Secure Elections?

In the Roll Call breakdown of issues Democrats will face when returning from a recess, is there any mention of Rush Holt's HR 5036?

Tagged the EASY Act, Emergency Assistance for Secure Elections Act of 2008 has been in two Democrat majority House committees for just over one-month. Obviously, it hasn't been that easy to acquire a long list of co-sponsors which may motivate the committees to move quickly on the legislation.

Emergency Act Requires Emergency Might or All is an Act

The "emergency" isn't enough of an emergency to use every means possible to get Emergency Assistance for Secure Elections Act of 2008 passed, even the little-utilized discharge motion?
