Arlen Specter Card Check Will Vote Conscience

Responding to a direct question from MSNBC's Andrea Mitchell, United States Sen. Arlen Specter (R-PA) noted he had not supported card check previously as she'd stated, he voted for cloture. After evading Mitchell's question by saying he's faced tough votes before and received criticism for his vote on the recent stimulus package, he faces a potential contender who ran at only 1% last contest, and he's been censored by a state Republican committee, Specter said:

I'll vote my conscience.
