Phil Gingrey, during an interview on Fox News Sunday with Peter Johnson, Jr. who noted this 'will be the first time in history the public will be ordered to purchase a product... is that Constitutional,' Johnson posed?
No, it's not Rep. Gingrey said. He further commented this is the first time this will happen or the individual will be faced with fines... it's like the original military draft and having the selective service agreement.
