Not much more could be said about Tom Foley - what a scumbag. His entire congressional record should be reviewed to determine how long this scumbag has been "protected" and operating in secrecy. His name should go down in the history books as is. His only saving grace would be if he was on some kind of pharmaceutical drug that caused these kind of side effects.

Sep 29, 2006 — WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Six-term Republican Rep. Mark Foley of Florida will resign from the U.S. Congress following allegations he sent inappropriate e-mails to a 16-year-old male congressional intern, Republican sources said on Friday.
Foley, who represents a district in southern Florida, has served as chairman of a House caucus on missing and exploited children and was a member of the powerful House Ways and Means Committee, which oversees tax and trade policy.
