Worse, because Foley's name cannot be reomoved from absentee paper ballots in time for the election, whomever is named as Foley's replacement for the unexpired term will receive any votes Foley receives in the Florida election!
OK everybody take a deep breath... not too deep as the stink is spreading nationwide.
