Judge Korda No Jurisdiction over Dannielynn

Florida Judge denies jurisdiction concerning Paternity testing on Anna Nicole Smith's child, Dannielynn. Korda says it's possible under florida law for a child to have TWO FATHERS.

Yeah, sure, in any state it is possible: an adoptive father, and a biological father.

The Judge didna't even consider the child is a citizen of these United States of America because she was born of a mother who is a U.S. citizen.

Heaven forbid if a mother who is a U.S. citizen and is in the latter stage of pregnancy visits relatives in a foreign country and suffers early delivery and dies in the course of the delivery. Her child won't be considered a U.S. citizen.

What people are missing is Smith wanted the biological father to be wealthy G. Ben Thompson! He's the man who Larry Birkhead testified Smith visited in South Carolina for a couple of months. When she returned she told Birkhead she might be pregnant and was thinking the child would be Thompson's. However, Birkhead testified that man had a vasectomy, and couldn't father a child. (Well there are other methods.)

Birkhead however gave enough testimony to show he is the likely biological father since health professionals gave a time frame for conception which fits him.

Meanwhile, the child is growing up without knowing her biological father's identity and bonding with him.

Anna Nicole Smith was one vindictive gold-digger.
