Witnesses for Vergie Arthur, mother of Anna Nicole are expected to be in court this morning... Among them is friend of Anna Nicole, Ford Shelly who is to testify Anna Nicole Smith was often strung out, drugged out in the last year from his observations... days ago a video surfaced showing Anna Nicole having her face painted where she looks very strung out, on drugs.
